Ingredients For garlic roasted brussel sprouts

2 lbbrussel sprouts, cut in half

4 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspminced garlic

salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cwater
How To Make garlic roasted brussel sprouts

1put brussel sprouts in a 9x13 inch pan. drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat all the brussel sprouts.

2add garlic, salt and pepper and stir again. pour water over veggies.

3bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stir and check them. cook for another 5-10 minutes or until fork tender.
