Ingredients For garlic & parmesan corn on the cob

  • 6
    corn on the cob, halved
  • 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter or margerine
  • 1 tsp
    lawry's garlic salt (coarse ground with parsley)
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make garlic & parmesan corn on the cob

    Bring a large pot of water to boil.

    Shuck corn and break each ear in half. Add to the boiling water until done to your liking, I prefer 15 minutes.

    Turn the heat off and drain the corn. Replace corn into pot and set the pot on the same burnner that is off but still warm.

    Add the butter to the pot and turn the corn till well coated. Add the garlic salt and pepper and turn corn till well coated. Finally add the parmesan to the corn and turn corn till well coated. Cover and let set on the warm burner for no less then 5 minutes. Enjoy!
