Ingredients For garlic-buttered green beans

  • 1 lb
    fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1/2 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2-3 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make garlic-buttered green beans

  • 1
    Cook beans in water to cover, until tender. Drain. Meanwhile in a skillet saute mushrooms until tender. Add onion and garlic powders. Add beans and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 6 servings.
