Very tasty side dish for any meal. Can be made with oyster sauce if you just want a garlic flavor to the bok choy

Ingredients For garlic and oyster sauce baby bok choy

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 md
    shallot small dice
  • 3 bunch
    baby bok choy rinsed and core cut off.
  • 1 Tbsp
    oyster sauce

How To Make garlic and oyster sauce baby bok choy

  • 1
    Add to butter to large skillet. Saute the shallot and garlic for 1 minute. Add the oyster sauce and bok choy. Add two tablespoons of water and cover with a lid. Let steam 3 minutes. Uncover and stir and cook until desired tenderness on the harder ends of the bok choy.
