This is a very simple and healthy lunch/snack my daughter Gaby makes, of course you can make as many as you please.

Ingredients For gaby's rice paper wraps

  • 5-6
    rice paper sheets
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2
    avocado, sliced
  • 8 oz
    crab sticks, cut into strips
  • 1/4 c
    sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • boston lettuce leaves

How To Make gaby's rice paper wraps

  • 1
    prepare all the ingredients, in a shallow dish soak the rice paper for about 30 seconds each side, until pliable, if you over soak it will become difficult to work with.

    Lay on flat surface and begin by placing a leaf of boston lettuce,in the middle fill with the rest of the ingredients and fold up, then fold each side, then roll up to seal.

    serve with sweet chili sauce to dip...Enjoy
