I have made fried green tomatoes, when I was kid,through the years I have chang it a little. When I live down south they just love the way I made them.

Ingredients For fried green tomatoes

    green tomatoes, clean and washed, slice
  • 2
    eggs,beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    corn meal
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    cooking oil

How To Make fried green tomatoes

  • 1
    1 skilett,put oil in it and heat it up for friing.In a bowl mix egge and milk add a pinch of sugar. In a bowl mix corn meal and flour and seasoning to teast.

    Put slice green tomatoes in milk,egg mixture. Place tomatoes in corn mixture cover bothside. Place in hot skilett and brown bothsieds. Place on paper towles to drain the grease.

    If you want to fry it fast you can use deepfrier. I did this when I work down south in little hole-in-wall restaurant.
