I wanted to make some fried green tomatoes and made do with what I had on hand, I was very pleased, and so was everyone else, so this is how I make them now.

Ingredients For fried green tomatoes

- DRY INGREDIENTS

1/2 cflour
-
1/2 cbisquick
-
1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned

3 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 tspmrs. dash onion & herb
-
1 tspcrazy garlic
-
1/2 tspeach salt, pepper, sazonator (goya all purpose seasoning)

1 pkgsazon
- WET INGREDIENTS

1 cmilk
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 lgegg
-
2 Tbspof the flour mixture

oil for frying
How To Make fried green tomatoes

1mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

2in a small bowl add wet ingredients.

3slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
-
4dip in flour , then milk, then flour again.

5heat oil in skillet and fry on both sides till golden brown.

6drain on paper towels,
