I created this recipe to appease a corn hater... he loved it!

Ingredients For fried corn

12 ozbacon
-
1/4 conion, chopped
-
1/4 cbell pepper, chopped (red or green)

30 ozwhole kern corn, drained

1/2 tspsalt

pepper to taste
How To Make fried corn

1In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.

2Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease and saute until tender.

3Add drained cans of corn, salt, and pepper.

4Crumble bacon and add to corn. Mix well over medium heat. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes until hot. Serve hot.
