Ingredients For fried cabbage

1 smonion, finely chopped

6 Tbspoil

1 lgtomato, sliced

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspcurry powder

1medium cabbage, shredded

2carrots, sliced into rounds

1chopped green bell pepper
How To Make fried cabbage

1Over moderate heat, fry the onion in oil until lightly browned, stirring to prevent scorching.

2Add tomatoes, salt and curry powder and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.

3Add cabbage, carrots and pepper and mix well.

4Pour in about 1/2 cup water.

5Cover the pot, reduce heat and simmer until the liquid is abosrbed and the cabbage is still slightly crunchy.
