  • 1 bunch
    asparagus woody ends trimmed
  • 2 stick
    miso paste
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tube
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • oil for frying

How To Make fried asparagus with miso sauce

    Place the miso, butter, garlic, soy sauce, and honey in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until smooth and heated through. Set aside.

    Place a large skillet on high heat. Fill with oil enough to cover the asparagus. Heat the oil for 5 minutes until or until asparagus sizzles when dipped in. Deep fry the asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes depending on how big they are.

    Drain. Serve with miso sauce over top.
