Ingredients For fried asparagus spears

1 bunchfresh asparagus spears

2eggs, beaten
-
1 cCorn Flakes cereal, crushed fine

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper

oil to fry in
How To Make fried asparagus spears

1Heat oil until hot enough to fry in.

2Mix beaten egg, salt, and pepper.

3Dip asparagus spears, one at a time, into the egg mixture.

4Then roll in Corn Flake crumbles.

5Drop into fat and fry until golden brown.

6Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain. Serve while hot.
