This salsa is so good and it taste great. It is best if you use fresh everything to make this recipe. If you want a little zing add a small chili pepper.

Ingredients For fresh tomato and pepper salsa

1 mdred onion cut in 1/3 dice

2 mdtomatoes halved and seeded cut into 1/3 dice

1/2each red, yellow, and green bell pepper cut into 1/3 dice

3/4 colive oil, extra virgin

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice

kosher salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fresh tomato and pepper salsa

1In a large bowl combine the onion with tomato, bell pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

2Add a large pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving.
