How To Make fresh spanish corn

1Brush husked corn with oil; grill over high heat, turning until lightly charred...8-10 minutes.

2Mix mayonnaise and garlic clove together. Brush on grilled ears of corn, then sprinkle with grated cheese and smoked paprika. Enjoy!
