This is a delicious, fresh corn side dish which is great with grilled foods or a Sunday roast. Simple and different!

Ingredients For fresh corn and peppers with white wine

1large onion chopped

1red bell pepper, chopped

1green pepper, chopped

1/4 cunsalted butter

6ears of corn, shucked

1/4 cdry white wine
How To Make fresh corn and peppers with white wine

1In a skillet cook the onion and all of the choppedpeppers in the butter over low heat, stirring for 3 minutes or until softened.

2While the pepper mixture is cooking, cut the corn kernals off the cobs with a sharp knife. Add the corn to the skillet and cook the misture stirring for about 2 minutes.

3Add the wine and salt and pepper to taste and simmer the misture covered for about 5 minutes.
