Who doesn't love onion rings? I do, but didn't know they were really easy to make at home. This is a simple recipe that I came up with.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These onion rings are golden perfection. Puffy and crispy, the coating reminds us of a tempura batter. Adding a little bit of salt while hot adds a nice contrast to the sweet onion. The perfect side dish for any burger or a delicious and easy snack on their own.
