Refrigerate/Freeze
Ingredients For freezer slaw

6 lbgrated cabbage

5 1/2 csugar
-
2 cwater
-
1 tspmustard seed
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
3 Tbspsalt
-
2 cvinegar
-
2stems of chopped celery

2bell peppers, chopped
How To Make freezer slaw

1Sprinkle salt over cabbage, let stand 1 hour.

2Drain well.

3Add pepper and celery, let stand 20 minutes longer.

4Mix sugar, water, vinegar, celery seeds and mustard seeds.

5Bring to a boil, pour over cabbage mixture.

6Cool, put in freezer container.

7Freeze.
