Ingredients For florentine augratin

  • 2 8 oz
    packages of frozen chopped spinach thawed
  • 1/2
    stick of butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese room temp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    fresh bread crumbs
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make florentine augratin

  • 1
    Do not drain spinach!
  • 2
    In a sauce pan melt butter and cream cheese, add spinach and blend well. Make sure cream cheese is well mixed.

    add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in bread crumbs mix well, It should be soggy.

    Pour into greased casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese and bake 350 until lightly browned and thoroughly hot. 20-25 minutes
