Ingredients For fire roasted corn salsa

3ears of fire roasted corn, shucks removed and corn stripped from cob

3 mdred tomatoes diced

2 mdsweet or banana peppers chopped

2 mdhot jalopeno or hot banana peppers

3 lggreen onions, tops and bottoms chopped

1 tspchopped garlic
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
4 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 tspchipotle chili powder
-
4 Tbspparsley flakes
-
2 tsptajin classic seasoning
-
1 tspcumin
-
1 Tbsplime juice

salt to taste
How To Make fire roasted corn salsa

1Roast corn in shucks on grill or open fire till black, remove shucks and strip corn from cob (corn should be light brown)

2Chop tomatoes, peppers, onions, add to bowl with corn.

3add remaining ingredients, taste, add salt to taste. Chill for at least a hour or longer for ingredients to come together. Enjoy!!!!
