Ingredients For fettuccine primavera

4 ozuncooked fettuccine

1/2 ccauliflower, small florets

1/2 cfresh snow peas
-
1/2 cbroccoli florets

1/4 cjulienned carrots

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 cjulienned zucchini

1/4 cjulienned sweet red pepper

2-3 clovegarlic, minced

1/3 cchicken broth
-
1/4 cgrated romano cheese
How To Make fettuccine primavera

1Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Mean while, in skillet or wok, stir- fry cauliflower, peas, broccoli and carrot in oil for 2 minutes.

2Add zucchini , red pepper and garlic; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in broth.

3Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

4Drain fettuccine; toss with vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.
