Ingredients For faux- fried zucchini

2 lgzucchini

4eggs

1 cParmesan cheese, grated

How To Make faux- fried zucchini

1Beat raw eggs in a large bowl until well mixed.

2Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

3Dip zucchini in egg batter.

4Place on greased cookie sheet or cake pan in one layer.

5Sprinkle grated Parmesan on zucchini slices.

6Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over zucchini slices.

7Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Separate with a knife and serve.
