  • MEXICAN CILANTRO LIME BUTTER
  • 1/2 c

  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh, chopped cilantro (or parsley)
  • 2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    freshly chopped cilantro or parsley to garnish
  • DILL BUTTER WITH GARLIC AND BACON
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    fresh dill weed
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    finely crumbled bacon to garnish
  • ITALIAN GARLIC AND HERB BUTTER
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    parsley, fresh or dried
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    chives, fresh or dried (additional for garnish)
  • 2 tsp
    basil or oregano, your choice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • fresh basil ribbons or chopped chives to garnish

How To Make corn on the cob with 3 butters
