Ingredients For fantastic spinach casserole

  • 1 oz
    (16) pkge. cottage cheese
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 pkg
    (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make fantastic spinach casserole

  • 1
    Place cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a food processor. Process until smooth.

    Mix spinach, cottage cheese mixture and 2 cups of cheddar cheese in a bowl, then spread into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
