Ingredients For enoki mushrooms with garlic and scallions

  • 14 oz
    enoki mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 2
    scallions finely chopped

How To Make enoki mushrooms with garlic and scallions

    cut the 1 inch root off the bottom of the Enoki mushrooms. Gently pull them apart while rinsing them. Place a large wok or pot with water on stove. Bring to a boil. Add the enoki and blanch for about 1 minutes. Drain and set on serving dish

    In a small saucepan add the oil over medium high heat. Add the oil then the garlic and saute about 10 seconds. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and scallions. Bring back to a boil and then remove from heat and pour over the enoki mushrooms Serve immediately
