14 ozenoki mushrooms

2 Tbsppeanut oil

4 clovegarlic minced

3 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspsugar

2scallions finely chopped
How To Make enoki mushrooms with garlic and scallions

1cut the 1 inch root off the bottom of the Enoki mushrooms. Gently pull them apart while rinsing them. Place a large wok or pot with water on stove. Bring to a boil. Add the enoki and blanch for about 1 minutes. Drain and set on serving dish

2In a small saucepan add the oil over medium high heat. Add the oil then the garlic and saute about 10 seconds. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and scallions. Bring back to a boil and then remove from heat and pour over the enoki mushrooms Serve immediately
