Ingredients For eddie's texas style slaw

1 - 16 ozpackage coleslaw mix

1 cmexican style corn drained

1 cshredded chedder cheese

2fresh jalapeno peppers peeled seeded and chopped

1/2 cchopped fresh cilantro
-
1 cranch style salsd dressing
-
1/4 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tspcoriander
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 mdlime, juiced
How To Make eddie's texas style slaw

1In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, corn cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and cilantro.

2In a separate bowl, stir together the ranch style dressing, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and lime juice.

3Pour the 2nd mixture over the 1st mixture and toss to coat.

4Serve right away, or refrigerate until serving time. It's best to make this at the very last
