Ingredients For easy roasted veggies

1 lbcarrots, peeled, cut into 2" pieces

1 lbsweet potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks

1 lgred onion, peeled, halved, cut into 1" wedges.

1 lbred poataoes, cut into cubes
-
6 tspminced garlic
-
1oz can chick peas, drained
-
3 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tsprosemary, crushed
-
1 tsppacked light brown sugar

1/2 tspeach salt and pepper
How To Make easy roasted veggies

1Place oven rack in center of oven, heat oven to 425. Place all veggies and chick peas in a shallow roasting pan.

2In small bowl, combine oil, rosemary, brown sugar, salt and pepper, whisk well.

3Drizzle oil mix over veggies, toss to coat. Roast, uncovered for 45 min, or until veggies are tender.
