easy peasy peas

We really like peas - I prefer frozen over canned b/c they are not mushy. The trick is to heat them to preferred serving temperature, but not to boil them. Omit garlic if you like.

Ingredients For easy peasy peas

2 cfrozen peas
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/2 tspchicken bouillon (granulated or powdered)

1 - 2 Tbspbutter

1/2 tspgarlic, minced or 1/4 tsp garlic powder

pinchsugar
-
salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy peasy peas

1Add water, peas, garlic, pinch of sugar and bouillon to medium saucepan.

2Place butter on top of peas. Heat until all butter is melted. Do not let boil, just heat.

3Drain off water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
