  • 3 lb
    corn, frozen
  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted (more or less)
  • 1/8 c
    olive oil, extra virgin (more or less)
  • 1 jar
    capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 md
    red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch
    chives, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp
    granulated onion
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

How To Make easy pan fried tasty corn

  • 1
    in a large heated skillet or pot, melt butter and add olive oil. saute the peppers for 2 minutes. add the corn to the skillet. fry for 5 minutes...ensure all kernels are well coated. add the remaining ingredients. stir and cover. simmer for 12-15 minutes. corn is ready!
