Ingredients For easy grilled mexican street corn

  • 4
    ears of corn husked
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    mexican cotija cheese

How To Make easy grilled mexican street corn

    Heat up a grill. Place corn directly on the grill and grill 8 to 10 minutes turning to brown on all side.

    Place the mayo, taco seasoning and Cotija cheese in on separate plates. Roll the corn in the mayo, then the taco seasoning then the cheese.

    Serve immediately.
