I just love how easy it is to make this delicious veggie pizza! Thanks to crescent rolls and bagged spinach.

Ingredients For easy, creamy spinach pizza

1can refrigerated crescent rolls

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 conion, diced

1/4 cgreen onion, sliced thin

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
17 oz bag baby spinach, torn into pieces

18 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 tsptable salt
-
1/2 tspdried italian seasonings
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make easy, creamy spinach pizza

1Heat oven to 375. Lightly oil baking sheet w/ a little olive oil, or spray w/ olive oil cooking spray. Unroll dough, press perforations together to seal, place on baking sheet.

2Bake 10 mins. Brush w/ 1 tbsp oil. Sprinkle w/ kosher salt. In lg saucepan, cook onion, green onion and garlic over medium heat in 1 tbsp oil.

3Cook 4 mins. Add soinach, cook until wilted, about 5 mins. Add cream cheese, salt, and italian seasoning. Cook, stirring until blended and smooth. Spread mix onto dough evnely. Sprinkle w/ mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
