These easy corn fritters I started making when I was 9. The recipe never changed. It is about the only recipe I never tweeked.

Ingredients For easy corn fritters (lammas)

1 cancream of corn

2eggs
-
1/3-1/2 cflour (depending on brand of corn)

butter, salt, and pepper
How To Make easy corn fritters (lammas)

1mix corn and eggs with flour until you get a pancake type dough.

2Drop by spoonfulls into a well oiled pan. cook until brown on both sides. (I like mine a little crispy on the edges.

3I serve mine with butter, salt, and pepper. Eric uses pancake syrup and no salt and pepper.
