Ingredients For easy cheesey potato skins

4potatoes, baked

3/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded

bacon bits
-
1/4milk

salt and pepper or seasoned salt
How To Make easy cheesey potato skins

1Cut each potato lengthwise

2Scoop out the insides into small bowl. Coarsely mash. You want it to be lumpy

3Place scooped skins on cookie sheet. Season with salt and pepper

4Place into 350 degree oven for 10 -15 minutes

5Put mashed potatoes in small saucepan medium heat add milk and cheddar. blend together

6Remove skins from oven, scoop mashed into skins sprinkle bacon bits and additional cheddar on top, place back in warm oven so added cheddar melts. remove and enjoy
