Ingredients For dill sauced carrots

1large bag of baby carrots

1 stickbutter

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspdill weed

salt & pepper- to taste

1small tub - sour cream

1 tsphorseradish sauce
How To Make dill sauced carrots

1Par-Cook carrots until tender yet crispy, drain and set to cool

2In a skillet melt stick of butter, adding brown sugar. Once these have melted/ blended ,add dill and salt & pepper. Now, add sour cream and watch it carmelize. Careful not to burn.

3Add sauce to carrots and let sit to combine flavors, DELICIOUS.. No one will ever guess how these were made ! Enjoy
