Ingredients For dijon vegetable medley

2 cquartered small red potatoes

1 cfresh baby carrots

1/2 cwater

1/2 tspchicken bouillon granules

2 ccut fresh asparagus (2 inch pieces)

1 mdzucchini, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

1 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

1 1/2 tspdijon mustard

1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspsalt, optional
How To Make dijon vegetable medley

1In a large saucepan, bring the potatoes, carrots, water and bouillon to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

2Add the asparagus and zucchini; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3Combine the butter, mustard, thyme and salt; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. 4 servings
