1 1/2 lbfresh green beans, trimmed

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 Tbspolive oil

2 tspdijon mustard

1/4 tsppepper

1 cgrape tomatoes, halved

1/2 smred onion,sliced

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make dijon green beans

1Place beans in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil, cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until crisp tender.

2Meanwhile for dressing, whisk the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

3Add green beans, tomatoes and onions. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
