Ingredients For dijon green beans

  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 sm
    red onion,sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make dijon green beans

  • 1
    Place beans in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil, cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until crisp tender.

    Meanwhile for dressing, whisk the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

    Add green beans, tomatoes and onions. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
