Ingredients For diamond head asparagus

  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh asparagus
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce

How To Make diamond head asparagus

  • 1
    Snip off woody base of asparagus. Slice diagonally into bite size pieces. Melt butter in skillet . Add water, seasoned salt and soy sauce. When mixture boils, add asparagus; toss lightly. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Makes 6-8 servings.
