This recipe is diabetic safe. It is a tasty dish. Actually we just had this today for supper. I don't know where I got the recipe from. It was just written on a piece of paper among my other recipes. Hope you enjoy it as much as my wife and I do.

Ingredients For diabetic german red cabbage

4 cshredded red cabbage

2 cunpared apples (unpeeled)

1/4 csplenda brown sugar (packed)

1/4 cwhite vinegar

1/4 cwater

salt and pepper (to taste)

How To Make diabetic german red cabbage

1Add all the ingredients to a large fry pan. Cover and cook for 15-25 minutes until the cabbage is tender and soft. Serve and enjoy.
