A Thanksgiving staple for my family. Can be made with white shoepeg or yellow corn.

Ingredients For deluxe scalloped corn casserole

  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    cream or sweetened condensed milk (use condensed milk for a sweeter taste)
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 can
    corn (white shoepeg or yellow as desired)

How To Make deluxe scalloped corn casserole

  • 1
    Beat eggs, stir in other ingredients.

    Pour into buttered 1 quart (950 mL) casserole dish.

    Bake for approximately 1 hour at 325degF (162.77degC) until set and knife slides out dry.
