This salsa is especially good with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden. It really is delicious...hope you try it!

Ingredients For delicious creamy cucumber salsa

  • 2 c
    cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
  • 2 c
    tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, finely chopped
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    teaspoons cilantro, finely chopped ( i usually leave this out, as we don't like it )
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • tortilla chips

How To Make delicious creamy cucumber salsa

    In a small bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro and garlic.

    In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin and seasoned salt.

    Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately with chips.
