This is my super easy recipe for Cole Slaw. It never fails and everyone loves it.

Ingredients For debs easy cole slaw

6-8 cfinley shred cabbage ( 1 head of cabbage)

1small onion finely grated
-
2-3carrots, grated
-
2 tspsalt
- DRESSING
-
1 chellman's mayonnaise
-
4 Tbspwhite sugar
-
4 Tbspapple cider vinegar
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
celery seed, to taste
How To Make debs easy cole slaw

1Place your shredded cabbage in a colander. Sprinkle with the 2 t salt and let sit for 1/2 hour. Then with your hands, squeeze out as much water as you can from the cabbage.

2Mix in the onion and carrot.

3To make the dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Add to the above mixture and mix well. You can add any other favorite ingredients you like.

4Cover and refrigerate at least a few hours. Over night is even better.
