Ingredients For dad's bbq slaw

1 lgcabbage head

1 can14.5 oz delmonte petite can diced tomatoes

1/2 mdred onion

2-3 smgreen bell peppers

1/2 capple cider vinegar
-
1 Tbspsugar

2 tspkosher salt
-
2 tsppepper
-
2 tsphot pepper sauce
-
1/2 tspcelery salt
-
1/4 tspcelery seed, crushed
How To Make dad's bbq slaw

1Shred cabbage using a food processor with the slicing blade. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl.

2Using the food processor with the blade in the bottom of the food processor bowl, grate red onion and green peppers suing a couple of pulses. Do not grind red onion and green pepper too fine. It's better a little chunky.

3Add grated red onion, green peppers, petite tomatoes with juice and the remaining ingredients to the cabbage. Mix with your hands.

4Transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
