1 lghead romanesco, trimmed and sliced into 4 steaks

8 ozbutter, room temperature

1/2 ccilantro, chopped

2 Tbspgrated lime zest

How To Make curried romanesco steak w cilantro lime butter

1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the romanesco steaks on the baking sheet.

2Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the curry powder and salt. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the steaks can be pierced easily with a fork.

3Meanwhile, place all the ingredients for the compound butter in a food processor. Process until smooth. Roll the butter into a log with wax paper and place in the freezer to harden up.
