Ingredients For cucumbers in sour cream

    medium cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1
    medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    garlic flavored wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • paprika

How To Make cucumbers in sour cream

  • 1
    Combine first 3 ingredients, cover, chill. Combine sour cream, vinegar and sugar, cover and chill. To serve: drain cucumbers well, blend into dressing. Garnish with paprika.
