This Ranch flavor cucumber salad is always a big hit at a gathering , if I want to have some left overs ,I better save some at home cause I never seem to come home with any extra's.I've even doubled it and still none left over ...LOL

Ingredients For cucumbers and onions in a ranch sauce

  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    salt : optional
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 md
    sweet white onion ; sliced and seperated
  • 4 lg
    cucumbers ; peeled and sliced

How To Make cucumbers and onions in a ranch sauce

    Mix together ; sour cream , milk ,ranch mix , lemon juice , salt & pepper and dill weed in a medium bowl.

    Mix prepared cucumbers and onion ring slices in ranch mixture.

    Chill for at least 30 minutes ; just too get cold and to let the flavor set.
