Ingredients For crustless vegetable pie

1 pkg(10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoli or cauliflower

1/3 cchopped onion

1/3 cchopped green pepper

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cbisquick
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2eggs
How To Make crustless vegetable pie

1The frozen broccoli doesn't need to be cooked. Just thaw, drain and add it to the pie.

2Stir together broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese. Put into a greased 9 inch pie pan.

3Blend remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan.

4Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
