Ingredients For crushed cauliflower

  • 6 c
    water
  • salt
  • 1 lg
    head cauliflower broken into florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    finely shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make crushed cauliflower

  • 1
    Add water to a large pot. Add the salt. Bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook until tender. Drain and add the cauliflower back to the pan and place over low heat.

    Let any moisture evaporate. Add the butter, Olive oil, and cheese. Mash with a potatos masher then season with salt and pepper.
