How To Make crunchy potatoes

1Bake the potatoes for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients and let stand to blend flavors.

2Remove potatoes from oven and cut into pieces. Spread on a baking sheet and broil until crispy, about 10 minutes. Turn to brown on all sides.
