crunchy coleslaw with sweet peas

This is a different type of coleslaw, and it is great with the peas and yellow pepper. I included this recipe in some of the recipes I handed out at bazaars when I was a Longaberger consultant, with suggestions on products to serve this great and colorful slaw in!

Ingredients For crunchy coleslaw with sweet peas

  • 1/2 c
    frozen sweet peas, cooked, drained, cooled
  • 16 oz
    bag coleslaw mix
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make crunchy coleslaw with sweet peas

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
