This easy recipe using frozen corn can also be made with 3 cans of drained whole kernel corn, if you prefer, or that’s just what you have on hand. You can also adjust the “creaminess factor” by using less cream cheese. I use salted butter so add more salt (to taste) if you’re using unsalted butter. Ingredients For crock pot creamed corn

3 bag(12 oz. each) frozen whole kernel corn

1/2 tspblack pepper, or to taste

1 cmilk

1 sticksalted butter, cut into slices***

1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into cubes
-
1 tspsalt, if needed, or using unsalted butter***
How To Make crock pot creamed corn

1Stir together the corn, black pepper, and milk in the crockpot. Add the slices of butter and cubes of cream cheese to the top. Cover & cook on HIGH for 2 hours.

2After 2 hours, stir everything together, cover, and cook on HIGH for another hour.

3After 3 hours total cooking, check to see if the creamed corn needs salt, or more pepper, and adjust accordingly. Bon appetit! =^..^= This makes a good amount of creamed corn for a holiday dinner or potluck.
