Ingredients For creole-style beef and cabbage saute

1 lblean ground beef

1 lgonion, chopped

1 lggreen bell pepper, chopped

1 can14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes

1 can10-oz. can mild rotel tomatoes and green chilies

1 can10-oz can cheddar cheese soup

1 cansoup can water
-
1 lghead of cabbage, shredded
How To Make creole-style beef and cabbage saute

1In a small amount of oil, brown ground beef until cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

2Saute the onion and pepper until translucent and tender.

3Return beef to onion/pepper mixture and add tomatoes, rotel, cheese soup and water. Mix well and add cabbage.

4Simmer until cabbage is tender - approximately 1 hour.
