Trying to eat healthier and make good use of fresh veggies, I made this and discovered others like it too!

Ingredients For creole salad

8small zuchinni, sliced thin

4 mdfresh tomatoes, chopped

1 lggreen pepper, diced

1 mdavocado, peeled and cubed

1 smonion, diced

1 tspsugar

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
How To Make creole salad

1Rinse and dry fresh veggies. Then chop or dice.

2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.

3Chill in refrigerator allowing the flavors to marry with each other.

4Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
